Job Description
Operations Manager
Looking for shop supervisor to manage staff and to ensure quality control of services we provide. Also will need to have automotive background to look up and when needed to install aftermarket accessory.
Key responsibilities will include maintaining front office sales and service, supervising/training technicians and assisting staff in service bays. Must be able to prioritize and schedule work assignments and maintain quality control. Individual must be highly energetic, self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills. Automotive accessory installation and detailing experience would be an asset.
