Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a keen eye for detail to handle various clerical tasks efficiently.

Duties



Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendar activities Handle filing systems, document management, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and billing using QuickBooks and other accounting tools Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries via phone or email and providing Detailed Quotations/Estimates as needed Proofread correspondence, forms, and reports for accuracy and clarity Delegate Work and Organize Workflow

Experience



Prior office experience preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace is highly desirable Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management Proven customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and support skills Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, and basic bookkeeping is advantageous Experience in the Automotive Industry preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
