Responsibilities

As part of the management team, develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to improve overall efficiency. Lead and manage cleaning teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate operational goals and objectives with the management team. Manage human resources and coordinate staffing replacement, training. Monitor material and equipment to ensure efficiencies and meet organizational goals. Oversee compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Analyze data and generate responses to ensure a high standard of compliance. Support hiring, training, and development of staff to build a skilled workforce aligned with company objectives.

Experience

Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role in a fast paced cleaning company. Strong understanding of cleaning processes, project management, and strategic planning. A comprehensive background in the cleaning industry. A motivator. A person that leads by example. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
