Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and productivity Oversee daily operations including staffing and account management Lead, motivate, and manage employees to achieve performance goals and standards of excellence through training and leadership Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to create strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness Collaborate with Quality Assurance to align operational strategies with organizational objectives

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the cleaning industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process and problem-solving Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Extensive experience within the cleaning industry in a leadership role. The ability to lead, mentor, train and motivate employees to perform at a high standard Strong understanding of compliance standards and safety protocols
