Operational Leadership
Support the President with daily oversight of all company activities.
Implement systems, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Drive accountability across departments, ensuring tasks and timelines are met.
Monitor daily workflow, job progress, and operational bottlenecks.
Project & Field Coordination
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Foremen to ensure projects run smoothly.
Coordinate manpower, equipment allocation, and scheduling.
Assist with procurement and supplier coordination.
Team Management & Support
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to field and office staff.
Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management.
Support company culture focused on communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
Administrative & Executive Support
Prepare daily/weekly reports for the President on operations, performance, and upcoming priorities.
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis.
Help with compliance, safety documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and ensure strategic objectives remain on track.
Qualifications
5-7 years of operations management or senior supervisory experience in construction, landscape construction, or related industries.
Strong working knowledge of job site operations, equipment, and construction workflow.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
Proficient with scheduling, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
Valid G licence; clean driver's abstract preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
