Operations Manager
to lead the day-to-day execution of our snow removal and lawn care operations. This position is the central link between the field teams and management, ensuring that service delivery, crew coordination, safety, and customer satisfaction are executed at the highest level.
The Operations Manager will oversee 50-60 operators during snow events and multiple lawn crews throughout the warmer months--playing a key leadership role in scheduling, routing, dispatching, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
Oversee the daily operations of all snow removal and lawn care crews, ensuring timely and high-quality service across all customer properties.
Serve as the primary point of contact for operators, ensuring clear communication, leadership, and support during active operations.
Manage and coordinate scheduling, routing, and dispatch through Aurora Suite and other operational tools.
Lead pre- and post-event meetings to ensure readiness, performance feedback, and operational improvement.
Supervise 50-60 employees during peak snow events and multiple seasonal crews during lawn operations.
Field Management & Quality Control
Conduct site checks, audits, and field visits to ensure standards are being met.
Address and resolve operational challenges or customer concerns in real-time.
Monitor service performance and report on operational efficiency and crew productivity.

Team Development
