RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the Operations team to align with company goals.
Formulate strategies to boost productivity, efficiency, and scalability.
Handle customer care escalations and foster collaboration across departments.
Identify, implement, and refine operational enhancements.
Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to define integrations, streamline workflows, and interpret client requirements accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in operations management or project management.
Proven track record in leading teams, executing cross-functional projects, and enhancing business operations.
Knowledge of the Music Industry is an asset
Skills & Competencies:
Effective leadership skills to inspire and drive performance.
Strong communication abilities to engage with all organizational levels.
Strategic thinker with adept problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Retool, Zoho One and quick adoption of new systems.
