Role Overview

The Operations Manager plays a central role in supporting the firm's leadership by overseeing and coordinating key operational portfolios, including

People, Marketing, Facilities, Client Experience, Enablement, and Finance

. Acting as a trusted operational partner, this role helps translate strategic priorities into execution while ensuring the firm's day-to-day operations run smoothly and consistently.

This position supports leadership across multiple functions by managing workflows, following up on priorities, resolving issues, and acting as a point of coordination across teams and practice groups. The Operations Manager is closely involved in both the

real-world and digital footprint of the firm

, balances traditional and modern people operations, and ensures operational excellence across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operational Support

Support firm leadership with execution of operational priorities, initiatives, and follow-through across departments. Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment and timely completion. Act as a point of coordination between leadership, lawyers, staff, and external vendors. Prepare operational updates, reports, and materials to support leadership decision-making.
People Operations & HR Support

Support day-to-day people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee experience, and internal communications. Assist with traditional HR functions such as policy administration, compliance coordination, benefits administration, and leave tracking. Support performance processes, internal issue resolution, and workplace matters in collaboration with leadership. Help ensure consistent application of people policies and practices across the firm.
Marketing & Brand Coordination

Coordinate the firm's marketing efforts, including digital presence, branding initiatives, and vendor management. Ensure marketing activities align with firm priorities and are executed consistently and professionally. Support practice groups and leadership with marketing-related initiatives and materials.
Facilities & Office Operations

Oversee office operations and facilities management, including vendors, equipment, leases, and day-to-day logistics. Ensure offices support productivity, professionalism, and a positive employee and client experience. Coordinate facilities-related projects and improvements.
Client Experience & Issue Management

Support the handling and coordination of client complaints and service issues, ensuring they are addressed professionally and promptly. Assist leadership and lawyers in maintaining high client service standards. Track recurring issues and support improvements to client-facing processes.
Enablement, Training & Internal Systems

Coordinate firm-wide training, onboarding, and enablement initiatives. Support the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, playbooks, and operational processes. Ensure teams have access to the tools, systems, and information needed to perform effectively.
Financial & Administrative Support

Support operational finance activities, including expense tracking, vendor invoices, budgeting support, and cost oversight. Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and operational data used for planning and decision-making. Coordinate with external partners such as payroll providers, accountants, and service vendors.
Skills & Attributes

Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. High discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive people, financial, or client matters. Comfortable working across functions and supporting senior leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused. Ability to operate with autonomy while staying aligned with leadership direction.
