About the Role:


We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee fulfillment, improve internal systems, and keep our teams executing efficiently. This role acts as the

Integrator

within the agency -- working directly with the CEO to turn company goals into reality through structure, systems, and leadership.

You'll lead the Account Management, Project Management, and Creative teams -- ensuring deliverables are met, processes are followed, and performance stays aligned with company targets. The right person will be both analytical and people-focused, able to balance accountability with culture.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day operations of the agency -- managing fulfillment, deliverables, and production schedules. Run weekly team meetings, ensuring alignment with company Scorecard and quarterly rocks. Lead and mentor department heads (Account Managers, Creative Team, SEO, and Web). Maintain and improve internal processes in ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Slack. Track key agency KPIs including MRR, client retention, project timelines, and profitability. Identify bottlenecks and implement systems for efficiency and clarity. Manage new client onboarding workflows and ensure successful handoff to the AM team. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. Report directly to the CEO with progress updates, issues, and opportunities.

Requirements



3-5 years of experience in operations or project management (marketing agency experience preferred). Proven ability to manage teams, deadlines, and systems across multiple departments. Proficient with ClickUp (or similar PM tool), Google Drive, and CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience a plus). Strong analytical mindset -- comfortable tracking and improving KPIs. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Understanding of digital marketing workflows (web design, SEO, paid ads). Highly organized, process-driven, and reliable.

Compensation



$55,000 - $85,000 CAD per year

, depending on experience and leadership ability. Performance-based bonus structure tied to agency profitability and retention. Paid time off and opportunities for advancement into Director-level leadership.

95%+ on-time project completion rate. 97%+ client retention. Team utilization rate above 85%. Clear and consistent documentation and process adherence across departments. Achievement of company rocks and targets on the EOS Scorecard.
