Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at Max Fuel Distributors Ltd., located in the heart of our service areas. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional fuel distribution services while driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance. Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence. Manage profit & loss statements and drive financial performance. Supervise staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Identify opportunities for business development and growth. Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams. Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities. Solid understanding of profit & loss management. Experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with business development strategies is preferred. Project management experience is a plus. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
