Operations Manager

to oversee and lead our Ottawa branch.

Position Overview:

The

Operations Manager

will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating crews, scheduling deliveries and pickups, ensuring job site efficiency, and maintaining high service standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance field management with office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for fencing and portable toilet divisions in Ottawa. Schedule and dispatch crews, trucks, and equipment efficiently. Ensure job sites are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Maintain and manage yard inventory, materials, and fleet maintenance. Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and team members. Support business growth and profitability in the Ottawa region.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in construction related management Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license (Class G required; DZ an asset). Knowledge of fencing or portable sanitation industry is an asset. Basic equipment operation knowledge Basic mechanic knowledge
