Duties

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business objectives. Lead and supervise teams across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to identify areas for improvement. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and enhance revenue streams. Oversee project management efforts, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations. Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with market demands and customer needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in management roles with a strong emphasis on leadership and team development. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution within an operational context. Experience with profit & loss management, showcasing an understanding of financial metrics. Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams. Strong background in business development, project management, and process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results through effective collaboration.
