Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our gluten-free production facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to managing production schedules, staff performance, quality standards, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the production facility. Oversee production staff, scheduling, and workflow to meet output targets. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP). Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and minimize downtime. Collaborate with QA and R&D; teams to maintain consistent product quality. Track inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Implement and improve operational policies, SOPs, and efficiency initiatives. Report regularly to senior management on production performance and KPIs.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. o Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
