Job Description
Our client based in Western Ontario is looking to add an Operations Manager to their management team.

- Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and available resources
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output
- Develop and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and implement measures to mitigate workplace hazards.
- 10 or more years previous management experience in a specialized environment with proven project management and leadership abilities.
