The Manager of Properties will assist the Director of Properties in overseeing all of YWCA Regina's buildings and the maintenance team. Reporting to the Director of Properties, this individual will oversee building systems operation and management, the annual and monthly workplan, and assist in management of the properties team member's work. This role will be responsible for the control and tracking of the association's assets. The ideal candidate will have strong mentoring, management and operations skills. We are ideally targeting someone with analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with building maintenance systems.
Responsibilities:
oAssisting in the direction of property operations and maintenance staff to achieve the highest possible level of service.
oAssist in prioritizing work orders, and work on creating and implementing mulit-year maintenance plans.
oManagement of assets including building, vehicles, etc.
oAssist with the inspection schedule and actioning items to receive positive inspection outcomes oWork with Operations and other business units to manage building accesses including keys and fobs
oSecondary contact for fire and other alarms
oResponsible for building and maintaining the properties on-call schedule
Qualifications:
oGrade 12-General Educational Development
oBobcat license or willing to obtain
oPreference will be given to those with working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general renovations.
oFirst Aid/CPR Certification or availability to procure certification
o5th Class Saskatchewan Driver's License
oMust be able to provide a Criminal Record Check oWHIMIS
oComputer literacy is required; Microsoft suite, DMS, CMMS systems, etc.
o5th Class Boiler Operator License/Certificate an asset
oRefrigeration Plant Operator License an asset
