Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in water and sewer construction and rehabilitation. This leadership role will oversee project execution, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of project managers, supervisors, and field staff.

Oversee all aspects of water and sewer construction and rehabilitation projects, from planning through completion.

Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and quality.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and municipal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years' experience in water and sewer construction and rehabilitation.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams and complex projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, equipment, and best practices in the water and sewer industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field considered an asset.

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
