We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Operations Manager to join our team in Moncton, New Brunswick. This role will focus on managing our overall client base, leading a skilled team, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth across the region. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, optimizing resources, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations across all client sites in New Brunswick, ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently met. Develop and implement efficient processes to improve operational effectiveness and streamline service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure optimal resource allocation to meet organizational goals. Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and drive improvements to enhance service quality and overall effectiveness. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. Address operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless service delivery. Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional service quality. Identify opportunities for business expansion, lead efforts to attract new clients, and actively participate in the RFP process. Assist with managing operational budgets and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of direct management experience, preferably in the security industry or related sectors. Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required. Proven leadership ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a client-focused, dynamic environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on driving operational improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and team members. Strategic thinker, able to drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process is an asset. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
