Operations Manager - Look Optometry (Newton & Guildford)

We are

Look Optometry (@lookoptometry_) -- a growing, modern optometry clinic with two locations in Surrey. We specialize in advanced eye care (dry eye treatments, myopia management, IPL/LipiFlow, specialty lenses) AND we love building fun experiences for our patients. We host cool events, work with influencers, and have a positive, team-driven vibe.

We're now looking for an

Operations & Marketing Manager

to join our leadership team and help us run a smooth, friendly, efficient, and fun clinic -- while helping us grow!

Your Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations

? Manage daily operations across two locations
? Lead & schedule front desk, clinical, and support staff
? Work with owner to implement improvements
? Track daily/weekly KPIs (appointments, sales, specialty programs)
? Coordinate with vendors, partners, and suppliers

Marketing & Patient Experience

? Assist with social media content & influencer coordination
? Help plan & execute patient events and promotions
? Drive Google reviews and online engagement
? Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality

Team Leadership & Development

? Build a positive team culture
? Coordinate staff hiring & onboarding (with owner)
? Assist with training new team members

What We're Looking For:

? 3+ years in healthcare, dental, optical, or medical spa clinic management -- OR strong background in business/marketing with leadership experience
? Excellent communication & leadership skills
? Social media knowledge (IG, TikTok, basic Canva or content creation skills are a plus!)
? Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
? Positive energy and team-first attitude
? Experience with optical/medical software is an asset
