Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be assigned to look after programming/nesting while also looking after shipping and receiving.

Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. In field experience, packaging and quality control experience a must. Programming/Nesting experience a must. Shipping/receiving experience as well as forklift experience a must. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development. Fluent English - speaking, reading and writing a must. Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Pronest and solidworks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
