Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Manage and coordinate integration activities to ensure successful project completion and alignment with customer and business goals.
System Integration:
Plan, Develop and implement integrated technology solutions, ensuring different systems, applications and platforms work together effectively.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate and implement new processes, strategies and technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and promote better practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with senior management, department heads, vendors and customers to understand requirements, resolve issues and facilitate cooperation.
Team Management:
Lead and Manage teams of technical and operational personnel, overseeing their professional development and training.
Strategic Input:
Provide expert advise and support for operational integration, contributing to strategic planning and helping senior leadership make informed decisions.
Operational Readiness:
Manage the transitions and handover activities for complex projects, ensuring the new systems or processes are ready for operational use.
Requirements:
Preference given toward candidates with a CPA accounting designation
Preference given toward candidates with Sage Intacct Construction software implementation experience
Completed undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Computer science, or Information management
Minimum 3 years management experience and 4 years project management experience
Strong business and construction acumen, solid analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
Knowledge of strategic business and construction procedures and operational process requirements
Service Minded. You deliver customer service like you expect to receive it; with excellence.
Results-oriented/service minded. Able to perform in a results-oriented environment which is all about defined customer results and servicing the customer.
Exceptional communication skills with desire to provide outstanding customer service
Professional Presentation both in Conduct and Appearance
Project Management:
Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing projects and processes.
Technical Expertise:
In-Depth understanding of system architecture, information systems and the technologies relevant to integration.
Problem Solving:
Ability to identify operational and integration issues and develop effective solutions
Leadership & Communication:
Skills to lead teams effectively, communicate with stakeholders and influence senior level managers
Business Acumen:
Understanding of business objectives and how operational integration contributes to achieving them.
