Responsibilities

Dispatching employees and coordinating schedules Conducting site inspections to ensure safety and quality Creating and reviewing traffic control plans Working closely with the owner to keep operations running smoothly Managing logistics with the support of a company truck and laptop Overseeing employees and contractors to ensure accountability and performance Hiring and training new employees to meet operational needs Building relationships with clients, project managers, and team members daily

Requirements

Must have traffic control experience Must hold a valid traffic control ticket Strong communication and leadership skills Sociable and comfortable working with teams, clients, and contractors Passionate about operations, problem-solving, and people development Experience in operations, logistics, or construction preferred Valid driver's license
