The Opportunity

We're looking for a

hands-on Operations Manager

to lead our operations across our

London, St. Catharines, and Kitchener

locations.

You'll oversee daily yard and driver operations, ensuring each site runs efficiently, safely, and profitably. Your focus will be to

reduce costs, strengthen yard operations, and build a culture of accountability and teamwork

among staff.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support yard and driver teams across multiple locations. Strengthen yard operations, maintenance standards, and equipment readiness. Oversee scheduling, logistics, and daily dispatch efficiency. Monitor and manage operational costs, budgets, and performance targets. Ensure all safety, compliance, and company standards are met. Coach and develop employees to foster respect, reliability, and continuous improvement. Travel regularly between London, St. Catharines, and Kitchener.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience leading teams in operations, logistics, or a related field. Strong

mechanical understanding

-- confident discussing truck and equipment maintenance. A

confident, fair, and people-focused

leadership style. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.
