Join our team at The Lux Loo - the Thompson-Okanagan's premium portable restroom and septic service company.

We're looking for a

hands-on, motivated Operations Manager

to oversee day-to-day operations, manage our growing team, and ensure exceptional service standards.

About the Role:

As Operations Manager, you'll lead all aspects of business operations -- from scheduling and fleet management to client relations and financial oversight. You'll help drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and uphold The Lux Loo's reputation for reliability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of portable restroom and septic services Manage scheduling, routing, and customer service for residential and commercial accounts Supervise and support staff, ensuring safety and productivity Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory Assist in handling invoicing and reporting using

QuickBooks

Support business development and operational improvements Ensure compliance with environmental and transportation regulations Does not mind pumping a septic or toilet when required

Qualifications:

Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's License (A huge asset)

Portable restroom and septic service knowledge or experience (required)

Management or supervisory experience in a related industry (preferred) Experience with

(an asset) Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Competitive industry-standard wage:

$75,000 - $95,000 annually
