HARVEST Clean Eats is growing and we're looking for an Operations Manager to join our Halifax team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into an established restaurant, build on its success, and help take it to the next level. We're seeking a motivated, experienced, people-person to lead our team!

What You'll Do:

Take ownership over the daily operations, ensuring consistent, guest-focused service. Ensure the highest food quality & safety standards are met. Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of positivity and accountability. Drive operational performance & sales growth. Excel in all positional stations - be the best in the class! Foster community partnerships while consistently giving back.
What We're Looking For:

A people-first mindset - you care about your team & their growth as much as results. Leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants or retail. Strong organizational skills & the ability to keep systems running smoothly. Excellent communication & problem solving skills - a proactive mindset is key! A passion for fresh, healthy food and creating above and beyond guest experiences. Willingness to learn & embrace change.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
