We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management, sales, and business development. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and ensuring that our operations align with the company's strategic goals.
Duties
Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
Collaborate with department managers to align operational capabilities with market demands.
Assist in departments as needed.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement, monthly ap/ap and department reports.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas from team members.

Experience
Proven experience in operations management or a related field, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Background in Hotel operations is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage staff at all levels.
Experience in supervising teams and managing diverse groups of employees.
