Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and operational activities. Key duties include picking and preparing orders, organizing materials for crews, managing warehouse inventory and layout, and creating clear SOPs and documentation. This role also oversees warehouse staff and ensures all procedures are followed consistently. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization are the top priorities.

Duties

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure tasks and projects move forward efficiently Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs, documentation, and operational processes Support and lead team members while fostering a positive, collaborative environment Juggle multiple priorities with ease and ensure nothing slips through the cracks Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest and implement improvements Ensure consistency and quality across all operational activities Work closely with leadership to support scheduling, logistics, and company goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Grande Pointe, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Class 5 Licence (required)
