Integrity Waste Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager overseeing class 3 City collection trucks needed.

Clients are primarily commercial and industrial.

Compressed work week shift. 4 days per week. Great work/life balance.

Familiarity with heavy transport and equipment operation, city P&D, and dispatch an asset.

Direct interaction with drivers, dispatch and clients on a minute-to-minute basis, willingness to do field inspections and all aspects to ensure service to clients a must; while balancing regular updating in Office tools and programs in an efficient and reliable manner.

Oversight and daily interaction with a team including dispatchers, supervisors and shop staff.

Salaried or wage position negotiable.

Experienced candidates - familiar with high demand environments only.

Current class 3 license or better preferred.

Willingness to gain competence at truck and equipment use in order to better assess sites and collection processes is a must.

Salary: negotiable upon experience
