Edmonton Granite Memorials is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations of the manufacturing and installation of granite memorials. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for optimizing performance utilizing metrics and management systems. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction while managing resources effectively.

Duties

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Manage staff performance through effective coaching, training, and development initiatives. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to meet production demands. Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements. Proficient in using various software applications, including AI for data analysis and reporting. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
