Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Canada. This pivotal role will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and quality in our sign production processes. The Operations Manager will play a crucial part in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility Ensure production efficiency and quality control Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics Lead, mentor, and develop team members Collaborate with design and sales teams to meet customer needs Monitor performance metrics and report on operational performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years experience in a role related to manufacturing. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in manufacturing Strong understanding of production processes and quality control Excellent leadership and team management skills Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
