Job Summary:






We are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager responsible for connectivity to join our team. The Operations Manager-Connectivity will lead and optimize all field operations from residential installations to complex commercial and infrastructure maintenance. You are the key to ensuring our field teams and contractors deliver exceptional quality and service. Your expertise in managing resources, solving complex problems, and driving process improvements will be critical to our mission of providing reliable connectivity to every CFOC community.

What you will be doing:




Oversee Installation, Repair and Infrastructure Maintenance work activities across all CFOC Communities Including: + Residential Installation and Repair
+ The planning, design and coordinate field work for CO Builds.
+ The planning, procurement and execution of Commercial Installations.
+ Planning and working with Field teams to complete PMR activities on-time
Manage workloads to contractors, forecast required resources, work with contractors to obtain required resources. Manage contractors to ensure compliance with Quality Standards in conjunction with field supervisors, production and schedule. Provide Dispatch support and escalation point for contractors. Utilize Field Service Management software for tracking and reporting. Production report submission, providing accurate information daily on all installation activities. Escalation expertise dealing with customer complaints and working with the necessary teams to fix issues. Proactively identify, Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, operational efficiency and effectiveness.



What we are looking for:





2 to 4 years' experience in a fast-paced operation-based position or in a similar role Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving - capable of complex reasoning Able to understand and interpret business logic. Telecommunication experience is an asset Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving, capable of complex reasoning. Able to understand and interpret business logic. Proven ability to understand construction administration and contract commercial terms Strong computer skills & knowledge of MS Excel Effective communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts at all levels in verbal, written and electronic form Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and logical problem solver
