Our client is seeking a General Manager to promote, coordinate and oversee their organization. They are a phenomenal not-for-profit organization located in West Ottawa specializing in community involvement through agriculture. They host and plan many events and shows throughout the year, with some famous local annual events. This role will serve as the face of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skillset, with the ability to promote, coordinate and oversee general operations. This role offers diversity in its day-to-day functions; therefore, multi-tasking would be a considerable asset for success. The candidate will require experience in comprehensive office administration, including business operation procedures, basic marketing and communication, and exposure to PR procedures. This is a public role, so being friendly, outgoing and personable is essential. Experience in team management and oversight is crucial with a strong independent work ethic.
