Job Overview
As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering our marketing campaigns end-to-end. From hiring and managing drivers, to coordinating production and installations, to working directly with clients and installers, you'll ensure campaigns launch on time, on spec, and at a high standard. As we scale, there is a clear path for this role to grow into leading our entire operations function.
This is a full-time, employee role and is hybrid (i.e. some work-from-home days).

Wrapped Media is a new moving-out-of-home (MOOH) advertising company that wraps Uber/DoorDash cars in advertising for brands. We're a young but fast-growing company and have already worked with some of Canada's top brands, including WestJet, Wendy's, Smirnoff, and Walmart.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Delivery
Own campaign execution from signed deal to completion
Coordinate vehicle wrap installations, removals, photoshoots and any campaign-specific logistics
Work closely with installers to schedule, manage, and troubleshoot installs
Driver Management
Recruit, interview, and onboard drivers for campaigns
Manage ongoing driver communication and performance
Negotiate pay and incentives with drivers as needed
Build and maintain a reliable driver network across markets
Production Management
Manage production workflows end-to-end
Coordinate with printers, laminators, cutters, and designers to ensure assets are produced accurately and on schedule
Client-Facing Work
Act as the primary operations contact for clients post-sale
Build client reports
