As we expand into the U.S., we're seeking an experienced

Operations Manager

to help us deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

The Role

As

Operations Manager

, you will oversee

multi-site operations

across branches, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your focus will be on

inventory management

,

supply chain optimization

, and

process improvement

using

Lean principles

. This is a strategic leadership role that drives efficiency, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports our growth in the

HVAC wholesale distribution market

.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Optimize workflows in

inventory control

,

order fulfillment

, and

customer service

across all locations.

Process Improvement:

Develop SOPs, implement

Lean/Kaizen initiatives

, and scale best practices for productivity and cost reduction.

Inventory & Supply Chain:

Ensure accurate inventory planning, procurement alignment, and timely restocking.

Team Leadership:

Build a high-performance culture, deliver training, and lead change initiatives.

Customer Service:

Maintain service excellence and resolve operational challenges impacting customer satisfaction.

Safety & Compliance:

Champion

health and safety programs

, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in operations management,

Supply Chain

,

Business

, or related field. 5+ years of experience in

operations management

(HVAC, wholesale distribution, or retail preferred). Knowledge of

Lean principles

(5S, Kaizen);

Lean/Six Sigma certification

is an asset. Strong leadership experience managing

multi-site operations

. Expertise in

inventory management

,

supply chain processes

, and

ERP systems

. Proven ability to implement

process improvements

and drive operational efficiency.
