We are seeking a dynamic and residential experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams, optimizing workflows, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct the operations of the company, including production, logistics, quality, safety, and customer service Manage and optimize the use of resources, equipment, and facilities Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team, providing feedback, coaching, and training as needed Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulations(legally compliant), best practices, and customer expectations Identify and resolve operational issues and risks, escalating them when necessary Analyze and report on operational and financial metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement Formulate, manage and be accountable for budgets and forecasts Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure alignment and coordination of activities Support the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives

Experience

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of business operations, management principles, and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting tools. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
