Operations Manager - Fast-Growing Cleaning Company

We are a rapidly expanding cleaning company specializing in commercial properties, residential homes, and the hospitality sector--particularly Airbnb and short-term rentals. With growth comes complexity, and we are looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in high-energy, fast-changing environments. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management
Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple sites. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members. Develop and enforce performance standards and KPIs.
Operational Oversight
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Monitor service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
Process Improvement & Scaling
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and workflows. Introduce technology and automation tools to streamline operations. Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic growth plans.
Client Relations
Maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and hospitality clients. Conduct site visits and quality audits to ensure satisfaction. Support business development efforts through operational excellence.
Budgeting & Reporting
Manage operational budgets and control costs. Prepare reports on productivity, performance, and growth metrics. Analyze data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in cleaning, facilities, or hospitality services. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with scheduling software, CRM systems, and other operational tools. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in scaling a service-based business. Knowledge of lean operations or Six Sigma methodologies. Bilingual abilities (a plus depending on client base). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
