We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being actively involved in all aspects of the business. The Operations Manager will support operational efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. A background in logistics or healthcare is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and support staff across departments
Supervise and support team members to ensure consistent performance
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Coordinate purchasing of supplies and equipment and manage vendor relationships
Ensure adequate inventory levels to support operational needs
Manage fleet operations, including maintenance scheduling and repairs
Support business development initiatives
Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to service-related inquiries or concerns
Ensure quality control standards are met and continuously improved across operations
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant operational or management experience
Post-secondary education in Business Administration (degree, diploma, or equivalent)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Previous office management experience
Experience working with dispatching or scheduling software is an asset
Experience managing people in a fast-paced environment
Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
Comfortable supervising, training, and supporting team members
