We are excited to partner with Enns Brothers in their search for a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to lead operations at their Arborg branch. This is a key leadership role that drives operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across the service and parts departments. In this role, you'll lead a skilled team, oversee workflow and logistics, and champion a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
As the Operations Manager, you will:

  • Ensure smooth, repeatable service processes to support customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Manage the Parts & Service departments in a busy ag dealership, work planning, queue management and throughput to meet customer expectations for completion and delivery.
  • Manage an efficient and responsive service shop, helping technicians successfully deliver on our commitments.
  • Ensure that we get the right part to our customer and service shop when they need it.
  • Ensure an organized and efficient process is followed for ordering/receipting/locating and reporting of parts.
  • Quickly address discrepancies and service issues to support a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee facility, yard, and inbound/outbound logistics to support safety and workflow.
  • Lead preventive maintenance practices and ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are well maintained.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, quality metrics, and drive improvements.
  • Support customer satisfaction by managing escalated issues, visiting producers, and providing input to Sales team.
  • Collaborate across departments and locations to share best practices and support branch-wide performance.
  • Coach, develop, and retain top talent; lead by example with a focus on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment aligned with workplace health, safety, and employment standards.
You and Your Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership/management role including budgeting, P&L, and the understanding of a full business cycle.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of related industry experience (dealership/service/manufacturing/operations/agriculture).
  • Strong understanding of service workflow, planning, and logistics.
  • Experience managing remote service needs and working closely with field-based customers.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) - one on one, small and large groups.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with the ability to learn specialized software tools.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams while managing performance and development.
  • Experience with agricultural equipment, agri-business, and mechanical aptitude would be an asset.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
