EPIC NORTH Tour Experiences is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager and Tour Guide to oversee the day-to-day operations of our tour company and provide exceptional tour experiences to our guests. The successful candidate will manage the company\'s operations, ensure smooth and efficient tour logistics, and provide guests with engaging and informative tour experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tour company, including managing staff and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintaining high customer service standards.
• Plan and coordinate tour logistics, including transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities, to ensure seamless and enjoyable tour experiences for guests.
• Lead tours and provide guests with engaging and informative commentary on the tour destinations\' history, culture, and natural environment.
• Ensure that all tour activities are conducted safely and responsibly and that guests are informed of potential risks or hazards.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the company\'s needs are met and that tour experiences are of the highest quality.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor and analyze tour performance metrics, including guest feedback, sales, and expenses, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tour activities, expenses, and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tour operations management and tour guiding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire guests and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the history, culture, and natural environment of the tour destinations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver\'s license class 4 and clean driving record.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
