We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and enhance clinic operations, manage key initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination between our clinical and administrative teams. This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with healthcare operations experience and strong project management skills.

Position Overview


The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, lead operational improvement initiatives, and support both clinical and administrative teams. The candidate will ensure efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement while managing key projects that advance the clinic's performance.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth coordination between Surgeons, Advanced Practice Providers, and administrative staff Manage clinic scheduling, bookings, and patient flow to maximize efficiency and meet care timelines Supervise, mentor, and develop administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Lead hiring, onboarding, and scheduling for administrative team members Serve as the primary contact for operational issues, staff inquiries, and workflow problem-solving Implement, monitor, and continuously improve administrative processes to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction Support billing and referral management processes to ensure accuracy and timely handling Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with clinic policies and privacy standards Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture that prioritizes accountability and excellence Lead and manage operational projects, including workflow redesign, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives Track project timelines, milestones, and outcomes to ensure successful implementation and measurable results

Qualifications



Experience managing operations in a medical clinic or specialty healthcare setting Proven leadership skills with experience supervising or managing administrative teams Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives Excellent understanding of medical scheduling systems, billing workflows, and clinic operations Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic clinic environment
