The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Operations Lead

to join our team and help scale our supply chain, logistics, and production operations as we grow across Canada and the USA. This person will oversee end-to-end operations, working closely with our founders, manufacturing partners, and retail/distribution partners to ensure efficiency, quality, and growth readiness.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day operations across supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics. Partner with co-packers, 3PLs, and suppliers to ensure on-time production and delivery. Forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize costs across channels (DTC + retail). Lead operational planning to support retail launches, new product development, and international expansion. Implement systems and processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve scalability. Track key KPIs (fill rates, lead times, COGS, etc.) and report on performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Sales to align on growth initiatives. Support innovation by working with Marketing, Creative, and our LABs on R&D and new product development.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods) operations, ideally in food, beverage, personal care, beauty or wellness brands. Proven experience managing supply chain, logistics, and inventory in a high-growth environment. Strong project management and organizational skills. Comfort working with external manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Analytical mindset with experience in demand planning and cost optimization. A proactive, problem-solving, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. Openness to step into other roles to support the business as needed. Passion for sustainability, wellness, and building innovative brands. Self-starter, working well remotely with no in-office.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
