We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an Operations Lead in Burnaby, Canada. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.

The Opportunity:

The Warehouse Operation Staff\xe2\x80\x99s prime function will be to provide support to the supply chain of the warehouse operations from intake through output, including but not limited to unloading trucks, loading trucks, high rack put away, movement of inventory throughout the warehouse using high reach truck, stand up and sit-down forklifts.

In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll:

  • Work with team members to resolve conflict and promptly respond to Customer needs.
  • Extensive knowledge of Lender Funding requirements and demonstrates as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Create positive relationships with team members, sales and Lenders.
  • Monitor team goals and report success.
  • Communicate and delegate tasks within the team.
  • Ensure team members follow process and procedures set by company and management.
  • Train and support new hires striving for excellence in Customer Service
  • Work independently and in collaboration with the team.
  • Assist Supervisor in daily tasks and manage application reporting.
  • Identify team training needs and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Initiate new Lender or operational roll outs and participate in additional ad hoc duties.
Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you bring:
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, credit decisioning, contract management and application software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-Motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Solid work ethic and confidential
  • Ability to execute in high pressure situations and periods.
This job will require you to:
  • Implement and execute Lender product knowledge.
  • Communicate with Lenders directly for internal inquiries.
  • Investigate and problem solve to avert customer dissatisfaction.
  • Escalate more serious situations to the Supervisor as needed for speedy and equitable resolution.
  • Perform ongoing Training for Team members individually or as a group.
  • Pilot new Lender products or roll outs to ensure success.
  • Manage Lender FAQ content as changes occur.
  • Identify and undertake problematic, time sensitive, or substantially larger applications.
  • Meet operational SLA and time to fund under 3 Days.
  • Monitor Team Inboxes for customer or Lender inquiries.
  • Manage application reports and conduct audits i.e.: RBA Ageing, Post Funding, Funded Seller Paid
  • Weekly updates with Supervisors to discuss team training opportunities, individual/team improvements and Lender deficiencies.
  • Participate in Management Huddles and Lender calls/meetings when Supervisor is absent or unavailable.
