We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations
Inspector
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our restaurants consistently meet high standards of quality, safety, and service. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.Key Duties
Conduct regular inspections of each store in alignment with company SOPs. Prepare detailed monthly inspection reports, including scores based on performance standards. Coordinate with mystery shoppers to evaluate restaurant service experiences. Provide timely responses to internal inquiries from stores. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hot pot industry (preferred). Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to start work early in the morning with excellent time management. Mandarin language skills considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
