No Bull RV Sales is a fast-moving, no-nonsense used RV dealership. We're looking for an
Operations & HR Manager
who can keep the business running smoothly, lead staff, manage performance, organize our systems, and act as the owner's right hand.
This role carries

-- when you speak, you represent ownership. You're not just pushing paper; you are improving systems, enforcing standards, and keeping people accountable.
What You'll Do
Operations & Office Management
Run day-to-day office operations with efficiency and consistency
Organize documents, files, and administrative systems
Keep tasks, deadlines, and priorities moving forward
HR, People, and Policy
Manage onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance
Maintain employee files, time-off tracking, and performance records
Own and enforce company policies and procedures
Investigate performance issues and address them early and directly
Performance Management & Leadership
Manage direct reports with hands-on coaching, accountability, and support
Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and set clear expectations
Lead performance reviews (process, scheduling, documentation, follow-up)
Identify training needs and skills gaps, and build plans to close them
Ensure consistent follow-through on standards and commitments
Technology, Systems & Light IT
Manage software, systems, user accounts, and passwords
Troubleshoot basic IT issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
Improve digital workflows, file structures, and data organization
Be our "computer guru" for efficiency, organization, and problem solving
Executive Support to Owner
Assist with scheduling, prioritization, and communication
Prepare documents, reports, and summaries
Communicate direction and decisions on owner's behalf
What You Bring
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Confident communicator who can be direct, clear, and professional
Experience managing people and performance
HR administration experience preferred
Tech-savvy: systems, software, troubleshooting, optimization
Ability to enforce standards without drama
Calm, assertive, and solution-oriented
You don't avoid difficult conversations -- you handle them early, fairly, and professionally.
