Operations & Finance Administrator - Private Company (Condo + Waste + Hydraulic)

Run the back office for three companies. Build systems. Create freedom.

Full-time or strong part-time | $55KFT or $32-38/hr PT | Cambridge

You'll own all billing, collections, payables, routing, coordinating jobs and light bookkeeping across three growing companies--so the owner can focus on building the businesses.

You'll run:

Hydraulic Repairs: Invoicing, parts ordering, vendor payables, coordinating jobs

Waste Operations: Daily billing, collections, driver routing, customer comms

Condo Management: AR/AP, owner statements, reserve tracking

Finance Backbone: Bank deposits, reconciliations, light payroll, HST prep, Assembling financial statements

Books: Keep three sets clean monthly (Sage 50 or similar)

You are:

3+ years full-cycle billing / AR / AP / admin (condo/property management, waste, construction, or shop background = huge plus)

Calm in chaos, hate late payments, love clean books

No drama. Extreme ownership.

Clean police check
