The Role



We're looking for an

Operations & Executive Coordinator

to keep our corporate orders, sales support, and team operations running smoothly.

This is a

Multifaceted role

combining corporate client coordination, sales/outreach support, back-office administration, and light executive assistance. You'll be the central connector ensuring orders flow seamlessly and the team stays organized.

Key Responsibilities



Corporate Orders & Client Coordination



Manage post-sale corporate orders from start to finish. Confirm order details (addresses, delivery timelines, branded inserts). Work with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment. Track progress and proactively flag issues.

Sales & Outreach Support



Support email outreach campaigns and meeting scheduling. Keep CRM up to date and track engagement. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and leads.

Back-Office Administration



Prepare/send invoices and monitor payments. Maintain organized records (orders, shipping docs, vendor files). Generate reports on outreach, fulfillment, and operations.

Team & Office Support



Help keep workflows and deadlines on track. Manage office/fulfillment supplies and inventory. Step in as a key point of contact during peak holiday seasons. Provide light executive support (scheduling, shared resources).

What You Bring



1-3 years in operations, coordination, or administration. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written/verbal communication. Comfort with CRM, project management, and spreadsheets. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay proactive. Service-oriented and collaborative attitude.

Bonus:

experience in corporate gifting, eCommerce, or small business ops.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
