THE ROLE

The Operations Coordinator role is an entry-level position performing tasks ranging from inputting and updating information into a database, phone and email communication, and other administrative duties as required. Solid verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position as you are a critical member of our team interacting with various levels of the supply chain.

Work experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: hospitality, retail, tele-communications, banking and logistics.

HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN

Processing paperwork submitted by drivers and employees Communicating with co-workers, drivers and/or applicants daily Providing top-notch customer service to Scotlynn's carrier base, customer base and employees Helping to resolve issues with constant professionalism, insight and courtesy Performing other duties as required


YOUR COMMITMENT

This is a full-time, permanent role Work in office from 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday After-hours may be required depending on the department you are hired for
