WHAT'S THE JOB?
The Operations Coordinator is the on-site executor of systems, processes and plans. This role assists in ensuring daily operations run smoothly by managing schedules, rooming, inventory, reporting, and HSEQ documentation. The Coordinator supports the Lodge Manager and Operations Manager by providing real-time data, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. Working closely with the Lodge Manager, Chef, Housekeeping Supervisor, and Workforce/Travel, the position is responsible for building and publishing schedules, managing rooming and check-in/out processes, consolidating audits and KPIs, and supporting purchasing and inventory.
This position requires fly-in/fly-out travel from Edmonton, Alberta or Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, to the project site in Nunavut, with potential for weather-related delays or logistical challenges. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a fit-test and drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.
