The Difference You'll Make
As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations. You'll ensure our crews are scheduled efficiently, projects run smoothly, and our clients receive exceptional service. Your work will directly support our team's success, elevate client satisfaction, and help West Coast Lawns & Gardens continue its growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
Schedule crews, assign tasks, and manage day-to-day operations
Collaborate with the General Manager on project planning and priorities
Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve issues
Monitor project quality, job margins, fleet, and materials
Support accounts receivable and financial tracking
Promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards
Provide field support to ensure crews have what they need to succeed
About Our Ideal Candidate
They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and can keep multiple projects moving smoothly. They value collaboration, take pride in their work, and have a genuine desire to help a team succeed. Specifically, they:
Have minimum 2 years of administrative, coordinating, or logistics experience
Are experienced in scheduling crews, assigning tasks, and managing multiple priorities
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess strong computer skills (Office Suite, Outlook; CRM experience is a plus)
Have landscaping experience or a strong interest in learning the industry
Are highly organized with excellent tracking and reporting abilities
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record
Demonstrate high integrity, professionalism, and a team-first attitude

Competitive salary: $60,000-$65,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
