Le Coordinateur des operations joue un role essentiel dans la supervision de l'execution des operations de sanitation et des serres de production dans l'ensemble de l'etablissement. Ce role implique un leadership pratique des equipes de 5 a 15 personnes, en s'adaptant aux changements de programme et en soutenant les Superviseurs des operations, tout en veillant a respecter des normes elevees de performance et de conformite aux protocoles etablis. Le Coordinateur/coordinatrice des operations doit gerer efficacement plusieurs taches entre les operations et la gestion au quotidien, en remplissant les fonctions operationnelles selon les besoins.

Responsabilites cles

1.

Supervision et execution operationnelle

Agir en tant que leader (Chef) des operations de l'usine et de sanitation, y compris les taches critiques telles que les transplantations et le nettoyage des salles de fleurs. Soutenir les operations de coupe en preparant les materiaux et en surveillant l'execution des taches. Coordonner les activites de suivi (nettoyage, rangement des outils, reinitialisations des salles). Intervenir pour executer des taches dans tous les departements selon les besoins pour maintenir le flux de travail. S'assurer que tout le travail respecte les normes de LOT420 et est conforme aux procedures operationnelles standard (SOP).

Planification et programmation

Collaborer avec les Superviseurs des operations pour adapter et planifier le programme quotidien. Aider a coordonner des taches supplementaires en fonction des priorites et de la main-d'oeuvre disponible (par exemple, nettoyage des domes BB, preparation des pots, entretien des racks de sechage). Prevenir les goulets d'etranglement operationnels en adaptant les plans en temps reel.

3.

Coaching d'equipe et leadership

Fournir du coaching et des retours d'experience aux Chefs d'Equipes et a leurs equipes. Montrer l'exemple, en renforcant le professionnalisme, la ponctualite et une culture d'equipe positive. Assurer une integration et une performance fluides des nouveaux chefs d'equipe ou des chefs d'equipe en developpement.

4.

Verification des taches et controle de la qualite

Effectuer des verifications en fin de journee pour confirmer l'achevement des taches. Aborder proactivement et de maniere constructive les problemes de performance. Documenter tout changement ou mise a jour des SOP ou des documents de formation.
Qualifications

Experience

Experience dans des industries manuelles exigeant une grande attention aux details. Experience dans la direction d'equipes de 5 a 15 employes tout en gerant la charge de travail et la performance des employes. Experience approfondie avec les SOP, les documents de travail et les techniques d'operation de l'usine.

Competences et aptitudes

Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais. Solides competences en leadership et en communication pour interagir avec des personnalites diverses. Grande attention aux details et capacite a surveiller plusieurs taches en cours simultanement. Excellentes competences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps. Calme sous pression avec un bon jugement et une capacite a prendre des decisions. Adaptable, proactif et axe sur les solutions. Communicateur efficace capable de fournir des retours positifs et correctifs. Demontre du professionnalisme et fixe le ton pour le comportement et la responsabilite de l'equipe.

Position Summary



The

Operations Coordinator

plays a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of sanitation and plant operations across the facility. This role involves hands-on leadership of teams of 5-15 people, adapting to changes in schedule and supporting Operations Supervisors, while ensuring high standards of performance and compliance with established protocols. The Operations Coordinator must effectively multi-task between operations and management daily, fulfilling operational duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities



1. Operational Oversight & Execution



Act as lead (Chef) for plant and sanitation operations, including critical tasks such as transplants and flower room cleans. Support trim operations by preparing materials and monitoring task execution. Coordinate follow-up activities (clean-up, tool storage, room resets). Step in to execute tasks across all departments as needed to maintain workflow. Ensure all work meets LOT420's standards and is aligned with SOPs.

2. Planning & Scheduling



Collaborate with Operations Supervisors to adapt and plan the daily schedule. Assist in coordinating extra tasks based on priorities and available manpower (e.g., cleaning BB domes, preparing pots, dry rack maintenance). Prevent operational bottlenecks by adapting plans in real time.

3. Team Coaching & Leadership



Provide coaching and feedback to Chef d'Equipes and their teams. Lead by example, reinforcing professionalism, punctuality, and a positive team culture. Ensure smooth integration and performance of new or developing team leaders.

4. Task Verification & Quality Control



Perform end-of-day sweeps to verify task completion. Address performance issues proactively and constructively. Document any changes or updates to SOPs or training documents.

Qualifications



Experience



Experience in manually strenuous industries requiring high attention to detail. Experience leading teams of 5-15 employees while managing workload and employee performance. In-depth experience with SOPs, working documents, and plant operation techniques.

Skills & Competencies



Fluency in English and French. Strong leadership and communication skills to communicate with diverse personality types. High attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Calm under pressure with strong judgment and decision-making ability. Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented. Effective communicator who can provide both positive and corrective feedback. Demonstrates professionalism and sets the tone for team behavior and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
