About the role:



Reporting to the Region Director, Operations and Professional Affairs, the incumbent's primary responsibility is to support operational initiatives, ensure efficiency, and provide day-to-day administrative and project support for new store openings and transitions. This includes managing timelines, coordinating logistics, preparing communications and reports, maintaining records, and assisting with cross-functional collaboration.

What you will be doing:



Delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the Operations team, supporting the efficient and effective execution of daily operational tasks. Overseeing and supporting project timelines and all technical processes related to new store openings, changes in ownership, relocations and banner conversions. Tracking progress on operational initiatives and projects, flagging delays and assisting with action plan completion Arranging logistics for operations activities including scheduling and coordinating resources Preparing and distributing internal communications, reports, and presentations Maintaining and updating data, records, and electronic filing systems Assisting in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures Supporting cross-functional collaboration between departments, including administrative support Other duties as assigned

What you should have:



Minimum 2 years of retail experience Project Management experience is a strong asset Familiarity with POS operations, data management and business reporting is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
